Dear iQ Consulting Clients:
It is with great pleasure that I announce the merger
of iQ Consulting into Trivalent Group (www.trivalentgroup.com).
Over the last several weeks, iQ Consulting Management and Trivalent Group Management
have been working together to formulate a partnership that will provide long term
support and an increased breadth of services for all of our clients going
forward.
Effective May 1st, 2008 the following changes will occur in the way your
account is serviced by Trivalent Group. Your support request emails will be forwarded
automatically to the Trivalent Group Service Desk which is staffed between the hours
of 8am-5pm. In addition to emailing your requests, the service desk will receive
all calls to the iQ Consulting office line. The service desk can be reached
directly via 616-957-5391. Trivalent Group has a wide variety of engineers
including the iQ Consulting engineers, available to support your technology needs.
You should also be hearing from an account executive shortly introducing Trivalent
and our new breadth of service offerings to you and your organization. You
current rate schedules and block time will be the same for the next 6 months.
At that time you Account Manager may review them with you.
In the weeks to come, we will invite you all to join us at an informational Open
House hosted at the Trivalent Group Headquarters in
Grandville, MI
